Hello, my name is Jaden Ritchie, I’m a rising junior studying computer science and minoring in game engineering at NYU Tandon School of Engineering. I’m interested in a career in software engineering but wouldn’t mind branching out to different fields. I have been involved in clubs and organizations such as NSBE and ColorStack. Furthermore, I’ve been involved with a Vertically integrated Project at NYU called Augmented Library, which has allowed me to work on APIs through Django to support the development of an augmented reality app for students. Additionally, I have supported the team’s development of the IOS app, which has enabled me to enhance my front-end development skills further. I’ve done work as a research assistant with a research lab subteam focused on natural language processing, gaining experience with machine learning models, and contributing through roles such as text classification. Beyond the academic sphere, I love movies, TV shows, and gaming.
